Maroon 5 Announces New Track Titles On New Album, Out June 26
Band spills details on new songs on their summer release Overexposed.
Maroon 5 made a huge announcement on their website and Facebook page yesterday as they gave away the release date and the title of their new album Overexposed. But that's not ALL they gave away. On the band's newletter, the group announced three tracks to plausibly be promotionaly released before the time of the album's due date; June 26, 2012. One song The Rolling Stone magazine announced was a surprising (but promising) collaboration with world famous rapper and singer-songwriter Wiz Khalifa on a track called "PayPhone." On the group's newsletter, they announced the collaboration and two other tracks titles. The spilled the guts on a 'irresistible' song called "One More Night" and a ballad rock anthem that is "Beautiful Goodbye."
On January 15, 2012 a demo track of a Maroon 5 song titled "Wipe Your Eyes", supposedly produced by J.R Rotem, snuck it's way through the web and left fans wanting more. It was the first new music fans and followers have heard wince the group's 2011 smash hit "Moves Like Jagger", which spent 4 weeks atop the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 singles' chart last fall, beating out the likes of Adele, LMFAO, and Rihanna.
Now that we know that the band has made success with artists like Rihanna (on the 2008 remix of "If I Never See Your Face Again"), Christina Aguilera (on the number-one "Moves Like Jagger" single), and Wiz Khalifa on the much anticipated alternative hip hop collabo "Payphone", who would YOU like to see work with MAROON 5?
