Last Spring, we knew that Maroon 5 had successfully tied Canadian rock group Nickelback at second place for having the most number-one hit singles on the American Top 40 countdown with five chart toppers, and having pop singer Katy Perry ahead with seven number-ones.

With hall of famer and long time pop singer songwriter Pink racing in with her single "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)", out in July, topping the AT40 chart she ties Maroon 5 and Nickelback. Pink's other topping hits include her 2008 punk pop single "So What?" and her 2006 pop rock ballad "Who Knew." Maroon 5's most recognized AC40 chart toppers include the 2011 disco-rock tune "Moves Like Jagger", featuring Christina Aguilera, the 2007 pop single "Makes Me Wonder", and of course this year's biggest digital seller "Payphone", featuring rapper Wiz Khalifa. Nickelback's most famous toppers on the countdown include the latest "When We Stand Together" ballad, released last year, and their 2007 grunge rock hit "Rockstar."
