Maroon 5 Scores Top Spot On Radio Songs, 'Daylight' Debuts

Maroon 5 Debuts on Adult Pop Songs Chart with 'Daylight', Keeps No. 1 on Radio Chart

As previously reported, Maroon 5's new single "Daylight", from their fourth album Overexposed charted this week on the Adult Pop Songs chart at No. 37 on the tally. That makes it the band's fifteenth single to enter the chart. Will it slide into the top ten frame in the coming weeks? Let's hope!

Maroon 5's single "One More Night" ended it's reign last week when Rihanna's "Diamonds" overpowered the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, moving up 2-1. "Night" falls this week from 2-3, letting Ke$ha's "Die Young" single slide in to the top 2 on the chart. On other chart notes, "One More Night" falls off the top spot on the Billboard Pop Songs chart from 1-2, keeps at No. 1 on the Radio Songs chart, stays hold at No. 4 on the On-Demand Songs chart, descends 16-24 on the Adult Contemporary Songs chart, falls 3-6 on the Canadian Hot 100, and tops the Billboard Adult Pop Songs chart.

The band's fourth studio set, Overexposed makes a slide from 27-20 on the U.S. Billboard 200 Albums chart. It also moves up 18-16 on the Billboard Digital Albums chart.
