Adam Levine and Maroon 5 are about to storm The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon

Maroon 5 will be performing and Adam Levine will be a guest on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on September 2.

The band is set to make their official return to late night on Tuesday, September 2, on The Tonight Show to perform either their top 10 hit single "Maps" or their latest single "Animals", which dropped last week (Fri, August 22). September 2 is also album release day for the guys in Maroon 5, as they are prepping the release of their fifth studio album, V, set to drop through Interscope and Polydor Records.

Last night (Tues, Aug. 26), Maroon 5 took the stage in Las Vegas to perform an hour-long star-studded concert for a few hundred fans on a televised event, the iHeartRadio Presents Maroon 5 Album Release Party with Elvis Duran, sponsored by iHeartRadio. Maroon 5 debuted their live version of the V cut "It Was Always You" (a huge wave of confusion hit fans when "Animals" wasn't played).
