Maroon 5 + Meghan Trainor + Nick Jonas = An awesome fall tour

It's happening! Maroon 5 will be headlining a monstrous tour with co-headliner Meghan Trainor and Nick Jonas this Fall.

It was announced on and Live Nation earlier today (Wed, April 1) that pop rock act Maroon 5 will be headlining a North American tour beginning in late August. Joining the band will be co-headlining act Meghan Trainor and supporting act Nick Jonas on the 27-date tour.

Pop star Meghan Trainor is most prominently known for her massive hit single "All About That Bass", which spend a few weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was one of the best-selling singles of last year. Trainor also recently dropped her debut album Title (to Epic Records on January 9) and is currently on tour with indie pop band Sheppard in the U.K. and Europe.

Nick Jonas, best known for his latest hits "Chains" and "Jealous", is one of the hottest artists on top 40 radio today. With his eponymously released second album dropped on November 10 of last year (via Island Records), Jonas carries a perfect pop rock and R&B sound that is very similar to that of Maroon 5's earlier material (Songs About Jane and It Won't Be Soon...). Jonas was originally planned to open as a supporting act on rapper Iggy Azalea's North American Spring and Summer tour, however cancelled due to Azalea's struggling schedule.

The Maroon 5 North American Fall Tour w/ Meghan Trainor and supporting act Nick Jonas begins Sat, August 29 in Seattle at the KeyArena and will conclude on Wed, Oct. 13 in Ingelwood at The Forum.

Pre-order tickets for Maroon 5 S.I.N. users will be available on Friday, April 3. Regular pre-order tickets will be available on AXS and Live Nation on Mon, April 6. General admission tickets will be available to the public on Friday, April 10 on!
