The Voice Finale Recap: And the winner of Season 9 is...

The Voice season 9 finalists with host Carson Daly and judges.
Team Adam's Jordan Smith is named The Voice on finale

Tonight's The Voice finale was one of the most extraordinary and explosive finales the show has ever had since it's launch in 2011. And it is even better because Team contestant and finalist Jordan Smith took home the winning prize and was named the "Voice."

Fourth place was Team Blake's Barrett Baber. Third place went to Team Gwen's Jeffrey Austin. And runner-up was Team Blake's Emily Ann Roberts.

According to various polls, including one of our own on Twitter, it was quite evident that Adam's finalist Smith be crowned the "Voice", becoming a newly signed member of Republic Records.

The two-hour long season 9 finale included performances from famous names such as The Weeknd, Justin Bieber, and Missy Elliot, along with upcoming Super Bowl halftime performers Coldplay, country singer Sam Hunt, Tori Kelly, Wynonna, and Usher.
